Production Control officer (PCG) : 1 Position
Job Description
1. Set up production plans and monitor the results to ensure that they can be delivered to customer on time.
2. Coordinate with relevant department to optimize production line capacity.
3. Coordinate with relevant department to ensure the availability of materials, equipment and labour to meet production targets.
4. Making the presentation about production plan, result and reporting in English.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Proficiency in computer skills: Advanced Excel, SAP, Canva
4. Experience in Production Planning, Production Control, and Material Control.
Production Planning Officer (PNG) : 1 Position
Job Description:
1. Set up weekly and monthly production plans based on production capacity and material availability.
2. Manage the production plan for new models to ensure it aligns with the development schedule.
3. Oversee the production of discontinued models and manage model changeovers.
4. Support any requests from the sales company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Proficiency in computer skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI and VBA.
4. Experience in Production Planning, Production Control, and Material Control.
Regional Supply Officer (RSG) : 1 Position
Job Description:
1. PSI control of factory and oversea sales affilaites, through production planning and inventory control.
2. Manage products phase-out/phase-in lifecycle of factory and oversea sales affiliates.
3. Strategic supply planning to satisfy customer's demand with minimum resource.
4. Involvement in a SCM system upgrading project or any improvement activity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Good command in English (Be able to present, discuss in English)
3. Good skill in MS office. (High reporting, automation skills are welcome)
4.Experience in Production plannning, Inventory control, Products lifecycle management (Phase IN, OUT)
