Job description

• All work related with air-conditioner product planning, we don't limit the job description.
• What we don't do by ourselves is just only developing product itself. We are planning team, not developing team.
• New Product Planning: -Decide the next developing product for short term (1-2 years.), together with developing dep. and Sales Dept. -Decide the developing product direction for Midterm (3-5 years.)
• Research & Analisys: Customer needs / Customer purchasing behavior / Economic trend / Regulation update / Competitor's Product specification / Market Price / Sales result analysis etc.
• Testing & Evaluation: New Products user test / Competitor product evaluation test etc.

Skill or Knowledge

• A person with high logical thinking skills.
• A person with good communication.
