Job description

• Utilize 3D CAD software (Solid edge, NX or similar) for component and system design
• Assist in the design, modeling, and simulation of air conditioning components and systems
• Support the selection of materials and components to improve product reliability
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
• Work with testing teams to perform reliability, noise, and energy efficiency assessments
• Identify and resolve design or performance issues through root cause analysis
• Support cross-functional teams to meet product requirements.

Skill or Knowledge

• Basic to advanced understanding of air conditioning system
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (Solid edge, NX or similar) for product design.
• Understanding of material selection, prototyping, and testing for air conditioning systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience

• 0-5 years of experience in product development, R&D, or engineering, preferably in air conditioning or HVAC systems.
