We strongly hope that our technology and philosophy in manufacturing air conditioners will provide optimal benefits to the visitors.

Daikin Industries (Thailand) LTD. is the largest manufacturing base in ASEAN-Oceania. In order to enable everyone to see the operational competence in all steps of the manufacturing process that we are proud of, Daikin provides opportunities for entrepreneurs in various industries, general public, sales agents, and students to visit the factory. Indeed, there are up to 2,500 visitors to the factory each year. Visitors can exchange knowledge and study about technology, innovation, and various management practices. In order to instill confidence in our customers regarding the quality of our products, we offer the opportunity for everyone to visit our production line, safety procedures, environmental management, and all the way to human resource development, which is the major element that drives our factory. With our attentiveness to products and our manufacturing process with international standards, we are confident that our products are of high quality.

Rules and Regulations on Factory Visit

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled tour.
  • Please wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Sandals and open-toed footwear are not permitted.
  • For your safety, please remain on the tour route and follow the instructions provided by Daikin staff at all times.
  • Photography is not permitted in the manufacturing areas.
  • Please refrain from taking photographs during presentations and lectures.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  • For your safety, please do not touch any machinery, tools, or equipment during the tour.
  • Please wear the provided safety helmet, visitor badge, and headset throughout the factory visit.
  • For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not permitted to join the factory tour.
