Responsibilities:
• Project Support: Assist team with various tasks, including scheduling, tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients (as needed). This might include preparing meeting minutes, sending updates, and managing communication channels.
• Coordination: Coordinate logistics for project activities, such as arranging meetings, booking venues, and managing resources.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Collect and organize project data, and assist in basic data analysis to track progress and identify potential issues.
• Problem Solving: Identify and escalate potential project obstruction and contribute to finding solutions.
• Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn about project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or a field relevant to your industry) is preferred but not always required for entry-level. Demonstrable relevant skills and experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management.
