Key Responsibilities:

• Design Change Communication: Develop and implement communication protocols for design changes affecting both new and existing models, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production line, quality control (QC), purchasing, and planning teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination regarding design changes.
• Monthly Summarization: Compile and summarize design changes on a monthly basis, providing clear overviews for management and relevant teams.
• Daily Distribution of Information: Ensure timely dissemination of design information, including drawings and BOMs, to relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the design communication process, implementing best practices to streamline and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in product development or research and development, with specific experience in BOM and drawing management preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVAS, and AI tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
