Job Description:

Graphic Design:

• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Develop web manuals and digital manuals, ensuring usability and clarity in design.
• Documentation Management:
• Oversee manual handling and labeling tasks, maintaining organized and accurate production documentation.
• Control the production schedule and manage document specifications, ensuring all materials adhere to unified specifications and quality standards.
• Develop a glossary of product names, part names, and technical content to standardize terminology across documents.

Production Management:

• Manage layout designs and artwork files, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation.
• Review and proofread manuscript drafts for manual production, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Improvement Initiatives:

• Identify opportunities for improving the manual and label production processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills and logical thinking in project execution.
• Participate in other tasks as assigned and contribute to team efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, General Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design or documentation management is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PDF Pro.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of circuit diagrams and the ability to create or interpret them.
