Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd., a design and development, manufacturer and distributor of
air-conditioners, realizes the importance of occupational health and safety management system as
the first priority of our business. We commit ourselves for continual improvement of the OH&S
performance and management system and aim to develop the quality of employee working life
concerns with safety, health, and working environment. To implement this, we shall:
1. Comply with current applicable occupational health and safety legislation and other
requirements to which we subscribe.
2. Continual improvement the working conditions to eliminate and reduce risk of injury,
ill health, property damage from accident and incidents in the workplace by control of hazards
from machines and equipment, chemicals, electricity and others which might occur to our
employees, interested parties and properties of the company.
3. Promote and support activities to reduce off-the-job risk that may affect to employee’s
life and health such as drug abuse, inappropriate nutrition, communicable disease and pandemic
disease etc.
4. Provide adequate and appropriate resources including of manpower, budget, time training and
KYT activity to develop our employees’ competence and awareness for implementing the
occupational health and safety management system.
5. Instruct all superiors to educate and seriously control their subordinates to follow safety
rules and regulations.
6.
Encourage self conscience of all employees to strictly perform duty and responsibility as per
safety rules, regulations and company safety culture “Stop Call Wait” including of participating
in OH&S consultation and suggestion.
7. Promote beneficial advices from contractors and interested parties.
