Invitation to Participate in the Bidding for the Purchase of Waste Materials

Details 

• The prices submitted by bidders shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years, covering 2027–2029. 

• All required documents must be submitted within the date and time specified by the Company. 

• Bid submissions must be separated into two (2) sets as follows: 

1. Company Information Documents (as specified in Attachment 1)

2. Quotation/Bid Proposal (as specified in Attachment 2) 

• Please ensure that the envelope is properly labeled with all required information in accordance with Attachment 3.

Bidding Schedule Date Activity 

- 5 August 2026 Announcement of the Invitation to Participate in the Industrial Waste Bidding.

- 4 August – 17 August 2026 Submission of Qualification Documents and Bid Proposal.

- 18 August – 25 August 2026 Document Review and Qualification Evaluation.

- 1 September 2026 Bid Opening.

- 2 September – 30 September 2026 Site Visit to the Successful Bidder's Facility.

- 15 October 2026 Announcement of Bidding Results.

Important Notice:

Please ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted in accordance with the specified requirements. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be disqualified from this bidding process.
